Healthy Hearts Healthy Minds
Evidence based training
Healthy Hearts Healthy Minds provides evidence based training to assist individuals in undertsanding factors that lead to good health - physically, mentally and spiritually. It can be hard to sort through all of the information that we receive today from a multitude of sources. Add to this is the conflict of interests from those who make money from the information they provide, it can be hard to see what is factual and what is based on financial interests.
Healthy Hearts Healthy Minds aims to increase the general knowledge in the community in understanding keys that lead to improved physical health, mental health and wellbeing. Dianne is registered and insured with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists as a Natural Therapy Consultant. Dianne is also qualified as a Macrobiotic Health Practitioner.
